Cyber risks and business interruption may be the top concerns for risk managers this year, but Bruce Zaccanti, principal and national practice director for EY's insurable risk advisory practice, believes a couple of other areas carry equal significance.
One of these is the question regarding the reinstatement of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA). “There is significant concern about how to reinsure catastrophic exposure in the US given that the federal backstop may go away,” he says.
