ACE appoints Iberia A&H manager
ACE Group has appointed Iñigo de Górgolas as manager, accident and health (A&H) for Iberia, as it continues to strengthen its leadership team in Madrid.
In this role, de Górgola will be responsible for the performance, strategy and future growth of ACE’s A&H business in Spain and Portugal, including its direct marketing operation, its corporate and affinity business, and its travel portfolio.
He will report to Véronique Brionne, who was appointed country president for ACE in Iberia at the beginning of 2014 and to Pat Drinan, regional senior vice president, A&H in EMEA.
De Górgola joins ACE from Assurant Solutions, where most recently he was country manager for Spain.
The appointment follows the promotion of Jose Luiz Gomez Banovio, previously manager of ACE’s A&H business in Southern Europe, to the role of regional head of travel for EMEA.
