Alliant Insurance taps Marsh director for construction unit

Alliant Insurance Services has appointed Griff Moody as senior vice president of its construction services group.

Prior to joining Alliant, Moody was a managing director at Marsh, with the responsibility for surety, contractor default insurance, and practice programs for property and casualty lines, as well as controlled insurance programs.

In his new role, Moody will be based in Alpharetta, Georgia, servicing the greater Atlanta area. He will be tasked to provide insurance and surety risk advisory services to construction clients across the country.

Griff has an extensive network of industry contacts and strong relationships with all of the major bonding and insurance companies. He is a tremendous addition to our rapidly growing construction practice."
