Ambant Underwriting hires CEO

Ambant Underwriting Services (AUS), a UK based MGA launch and host specialist and a subsidiary of Ambant, has appointed Chris Butcher as chief executive officer.

Butcher was formerly a board director at Cooper Gay and previously held director level posts with AXA and Navigators Group.

Butcher said: “Now is the ideal time to join this successful and forward thinking firm. My goal is to build on AUS’s great strengths and we’re looking to extend our market offering. Then we can serve our clients even better and help more MGAs to launch easily, successfully and compliantly – and support them as they grow.”
