AmTrust acquires MGA Arc Legal Assistance
AmTrust International, a subsidiary of subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, has acquired Arc Legal Assistance, a managing general agent.
Arc Legal offers a variety of legal expenses insurance and assistance products covering personal, motor, commercial, affinity, property owners, travel and leisure risks.
The products are distributed with insurance companies, brokers, financial institutions and affinity groups.
