Aon Benfield names UK head of client services
Reinsurance intermediary Aon Benfield has appointed Leonora Siccardi as UK head of client services, based in London.
Reporting to Maggie Westdale, chief financial officer, Siccardi will oversee the strategic direction of the firm’s UK claims and client services function
Siccardi was promoted from her role as head of claims advocacy at Aon Risk Solutions, where she had also been responsible for the development and delivery of the claims strategy for Aon’s global broking centre in London.
Siccardi joined Aon in 2006 and has held several positions across the firm including claims manager for the southern European group division, team leader for the financial and professional services claims, and head of the facultative EMEA claims division.
