Aon makes leadership appointments

Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon, has appointed new leaders for its US executive benefits and private risk management groups.

LeAnne McCorry will head up the executive benefits team and Sam Cargill will run the US Aon private risk management business.

McCorry and Cargill both have more than 20 years experience with Aon, having held several prior leadership positions before these appointments.

In her role, McCorry is tasked with developing strategies that optimise the client experience as well as build and execute growth strategies for the executive benefits area of the health & benefits practice.

Prior to this role, McCorry served as a resident sales director and resident managing director for Aon Risk Solutions’ Detroit operations. She will continue to serve the Detroit market as executive chairman for Aon Risk Solutions’ Detroit.

Cargill will be responsible for servicing existing and new clients through the personal business lines sector. Cargill has been with the organisation for 25 years and most recently served as the managing director with Aon GRIP Solutions.
