Ascent expands underwriting team
Ascent Underwriting, a Managing General Agent (MGA) specialising in emerging risks, has appointed Delvin Tillett to strengthen its underwriting team.
Tillett will underwrite a range of technology, media and network security risks on a cross portfolio of Ascent clients.
He joins from Barbican Syndicate 1955 where he was senior claims adjuster on worldwide specialty lines business and has significant experience in casualty, E&O, D&O, financial institutions and network security.
He has worked in the insurance industry for 12 years, predominantly within Lloyd’s syndicates. Previously, Tillett was an international casualty claims adjuster at Brit Insurance responsible for Canada, the Caribbean and South American territories. Prior to Brit he held a claims adjuster role at Marketform Managing Agency Syndicate 2468.
