Aspen appoints international marine head

Insurer Aspen Insurance has appointed Christopher Wildee as head of international marine.

Based in London, Wildee will also retain his current role as head of international upstream energy. He will report to Ann Haugh, president, Aspen International Insurance and chief operating officer, Aspen Insurance.

Wildee joined Aspen Insurance from Chaucer Singapore in 2013.

Haugh said: "I am delighted that Christopher has been appointed to this new expanded role within Aspen International Insurance. His knowledge, insights and experience in this sector are invaluable and I very much look forward to continuing to work with Christopher in his new role.”
