Asta hires from Hiscox for non-exec director role

Asta, a third party managing agent at Lloyd’s, has appointed Kalpana Shah as an independent non-executive director, effective October 1.

Shah joins from a 19-year career at Hiscox, where she served as chief actuary and partner.

She also currently serves as a non-executive director at Riverstone.
