Atlas restructures exec leadership team

Captive insurance management firm Atlas has restructured its executive management team with several appointments for both its onshore office in Charlotte, North Carolina, and its offshore Cayman Islands office.

The onshore office appointed Ian Podmore as senior vice president of business development; Steve Coffield as senior vice president of finance and compliance; Donna Rinchisen as vice president of client services; and Jeff Ellington, vice president of business development and marketing.

The offshore Cayman Islands office appointed Elaine Tapp as executive vice president of group; Mark Kay as senior vice president of operations; and Beth Biega as vice president of client services.

“Reorganising Atlas’s executive leadership team enables the independent captive insurance management firm to implement targeted strategies that will consider the significant growth and exciting opportunities that are happening for the company,” said Atlas.

“It also continues to form a positive workplace environment for employees to best serve their clients.
