Covéa strengthens commercial lines team
Covéa Insurance has strengthened its commercial lines team with the appointment of three senior underwriters.
Richard Heathcote has been appointed as senior trading underwriter, property owners and joins from AXA. Heathcote brings 25 years’ experience and will focus on supporting the company’s regional underwriting teams in the UK.
Mark Docherty, who has 25 years’ experience in commercial underwriting, has been appointed as senior mid-market underwriter. Having previously held roles at Zurich and RSA, he has a wealth of experience in complex casualty business.
Adeel Qureshi has been appointed as senior technical underwriter, property and joins from RSA with 11 years international experience underwriting property exposures. He will focus on assisting the company to write larger, more complex property risks.
