Crawford appoints Asia CEO

Crawford & Company, a provider of claims management solutions, has appointed Phillip Fong to the role of Asia chief executive officer (CEO).

Fong will report to Andrew Bart, CEO of Asia-Pacific, and will retain his responsibility as country manager of Crawford Singapore.

Bart said: “As one of the most‐respected claims professionals in the Asian market with more than 35 years of industry experience, Phillip is ideally placed to lead our team.

“Phillip spent more than two decades running our Malaysian operation and was responsible for our global markets operation in Asia for 8 years, a role that expanded to his handling Singapore in the summer of 2015.

“Asia-Pacific continues to be a key strategic operation for Crawford as a global company, and we are delighted to have someone with his credentials to help us take the business forward.”
