Entrepreneurial Insurance Alliance’s advisory board names new member

The Entrepreneurial Insurance Alliance (EIA), formed by MarketScout in 2010, has appointed Barbara Bufkin, executive vice president of Hamilton USA, to its advisory board, effectively immediately.

Bufkin has been with Hamilton USA since 2014, and has been responsible for the development and execution of distribution, marketing and sales strategies, new products, and various programs including reinsurance strategies.

Bufkin is a member of the Blue Marble Strategic Alliance Group on behalf of Hamilton.

Her tenure has included primary insurance, reinsurance and as a reinsurance intermediary.

Prior to Hamilton USA, she served as chief operating officer for Guy Carpenter’s global strategic advisory. She previously spent 12 years at Argo International as a member of its executive team.
