EPUL advances business growth strategy with MD appointment

European Property Underwriting (EPUL), a commercial property managing general agent (MGA), has promoted Andrew Whittaker to the position of managing director (MD).

Reporting to Ian Dopson, chief executive of EPUL, Whittaker will be responsible for directing and controlling the company’s operations and giving strategic guidance and direction to the board, as part of its business growth strategy.

Whittaker has over 30 years of market experience, having most recently served as director of EPUL since October 2013.

Prior to this, he served as director of Towergate Insurance, a position he held since July 1999.
