FM promotes two execs
Insurer FM Global has promoted two of its seasoned leaders to new roles.
Chris Johnson, senior vice president, EMEA division manager, will become an executive vice president and be based at FM Global’s corporate offices in Rhode Island, US.
He will oversee FM Global’s international operations and Affiliated FM, a division that specialises in mid-market property insurance.
During his career, Johnson has served the company in numerous roles, including senior vice president – marketing and enterprise learning, senior vice president and manager of FM Global’s Western US division, and as vice president of international operations.
Vincent Reyda, vice president, New York, USA operations manager, has been appointed as senior vice president, EMEA division manager and will be based in FM Global’s Windsor, UK, office.
Reyda will oversee all client relations, underwriting, engineering, processing and administration for the division.
Prior to this appointment, Reyda was responsible for overseeing the business written and serviced from FM Global’s New York operation. Before that, he served in a variety of positions including divisional sales manager, sales account executive and roles in underwriting and engineering. He joined the company in 1988 as a loss prevention engineer.
