Hampden rebrands as Helios Underwriting

Hampden Underwriting, which provides direct investment into the Lloyd's Market, has changed its name to Helios Underwriting.

The Company continues to see significant opportunities ahead and, as we enter this exciting stage in the Company's development, we are pleased to clarify our distinct identity under the new name,” said Nigel Hanbury, the company’s chief executive officer.

The Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) HUW remains unchanged as does its ISIN number.
