HDI appoints senior underwriter for corporate risks team
HDI Global (HDI), an industrial lines insurer, has appointed Dave Hall as senior underwriter to strengthen its corporate risks team.
The hire is part of HDI’s strategy to build on solid foundations and demonstrate commitment to a long term and expanding presence in the Midlands, South West and Wales region in the corporate market segment.
Hall has nearly 20 years of market experience, having worked for ACE/Chubb as a regional property and casualty underwriting manager for 6 years and before that as regional casualty manager/regional property and casualty manager for AIG for 8 years.
He will be based in Birmingham and will report to John Stanway, head of HDI Midlands and Wales Corporate.
