JLT Specialty lures Aon execs
Broker Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) has poached a number of Aon executives as it seeks to strengthen its US specialty business, JLT Specialty Insurance Services.
Three members of Aon’s Financial Services Group (FSG) USA have joined the JLT team: Colin Daly, most recently managing principal and national practice leader, Brian Hood, most recently senior vice president and Brad McDonald, most recently western region managing director.
Paul Graziano, most recently executive vice-president of Risk Solutions at Aon, has also joined, along with David Payne, most recently co-leader US national sales.
The broker also expects John Peterson, co-leader US national sales and Steve Shappell, global legal and claims practice leader, FSG, to join in the near future.
