Kiln appoints claims manager
Kiln, the international specialist insurance and reinsurance underwriting business which is part of the Tokio Marine Group, has appointed Anja Bussemas as claims manager for its Accident & Health division in Germany.
Based in Frankfurt, Bussemas will offer a comprehensive local claims service for Kiln’s expanding Accident & Health book in Europe. She will handle claims that were previously dealt with in London and will strengthen Kiln’s local claims service by offering face-to-face meetings and consultations in the local language.
Bussemas brings more than 15 years of experience and expertise in Accident & Health claims management in the German market to the position.

Her depth of local market knowledge will add to client satisfaction and we look forward to welcoming her to the team.”
In January 2014, Kiln joined forces with Tokio Marine Europe to create Tokio Marine Kiln Group, an international provider of specialist and corporate insurance.
