Liberty Specialty Markets expands business development role

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has expanded Mark Stephenson’s role to head of business development and market relationships for both commercial and specialty.

According to LSM, Stephenson, who has been with the firm since 2010, has been a key figure in helping it develop its UK commercial division, Liberty Mutual Insurance,

Matthew Moore, LSM’s group chief underwriting officer, said: “Expanding Mark’s role and bringing together business development and market relationships activities across the entire operation is a natural step to ensure that our customers and brokers get the full benefit of our integration.

“We are now able to develop and maintain clear and consistent strategic relationships with brokers across LSM’s whole portfolio, increasing opportunities across the business.”
