Lloyd's broker Kinetic continues hiring spree
London-based Lloyd's insurance broker Kinetic, a wholly owned subsidiary of Torlea, has appointed Mark Bain to develop its book of North American binding authorities.
Bain has spent over 35 years within the London and Lloyd's insurance market where he has produced and developed a broad spectrum of property/casualty accounts including professional indemnity and cyber.
The broker had recently announced the appointment of Ian Ashworth and Kieron Burrows to develop its portfolio of broker accounts and binding authorities. Both the executives joined the company from Synergus Insurance Solutions.
Peter Bassel, chief executive officer of Kinetic, said: "Having known Mark for many years I am thrilled that Mark has decided to join us, and with North American investors, I am particular delighted that we have additional specialisation in this market. I am confident that Mark will play a key role in providing and implementing high quality solutions for our clients."
