Lockton poaches energy execs from three rivals

Broker Lockton has hired three energy risk executives to boost its global energy practice.

Tim Law will join as chairman of Lockton global energy with the support of veteran energy insurance executives Tim Clarke and Blake Roseveare in London.

Law has served as executive director in broker RK Harrison’s energy team in London.

Clarke joins from Aon, where he has worked since 2006. Clarke has served as an executive director at Aon and regional development leader for the UK, US, and Canada as well as leading the upstream broking team.

Roseveare joined Lockton in July after more than 13 years with Marsh as a broker and client advisor for upstream companies.

“Lockton is fortunate to attract these highly capable market leaders to help us drive business results for our energy clients,” said John Lumelleau, president and chief executive officer of Lockton. “They will help us win and keep energy clients by providing the creative and consistent service that Lockton clients expect around the world. This is an important step in our long-term commitment to growth and success in the energy sector.

“Lockton global energy is focused on delivering market leading results wherever our clients operate. Whether through our integrated Lockton global energy platform or through our longstanding relationships with independent brokerage partners, Lockton will deliver the best outcomes for our clients.”
