Marketform appoints CEO

The founder of Ascot Underwriting has joined American Financial Group-owned Lloyd’s managing agency Marketform as chief executive officer (CEO).

Martin Reith will succeed John O’Neill in November as CEO of the company which operates Syndicate 2468. O’Neill will then assume the role of director of claims.

Additionally, Marketform announced its intention to nominate and elect Joseph Consolino as chairman of Marketform Group, the holding company for Marketform.

Consolino also serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of American Financial Group.
