Marketform hires JLT exec as production & distribution director

Marketform, a specialist Lloyd’s insurer, has appointed Martin Kelsh to the newly created role of production & distribution director.

Kelsh joined Marketform on May 3, 2016 to develop and enhance the level of engagement with the firm’s key brokers. He reports to Darren Lednor, chief underwriting officer.

Prior to joining Marketform, Kelsh spent 5 years with JLT Group, most recently as group co-ordinator for carrier relations. He has more than 30 years’ of client management experience within the insurance industry and has held a number of roles focused on global relationships.

In his new role, Kelsh will work closely with Marketform’s underwriting teams and their brokers to enhance Marketform’s product offering and service standard. He will work actively with Martin Reith, the group’s chief executive officer, to develop key relationships with our business producers.
