Marsh acquires Texas firm to enhance employee benefits expertise

Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA), the middle market agency subsidiary of Marsh, has acquired a Texas-based employee benefits consulting firm iaCONSULTING.

Following the transaction, iaCONSULTING will operate out of MMA's Lubbock office. The firm, headed by Bill Hartsfield, offers a range of employee health and benefits-related services to midsize employers in Texas.
