Miller adds to marine capabilities

Re/insurance broker, Miller, has appointed political risk production and broking specialist Arnaud Froideval.

“We are delighted that Arnaud has chosen to join us. He is highly respected within the political risks market and will help us to grow our existing book,” said Xavier Villers, head of Marine and a board member at Miller.

Tim Press, head of Special Risks also added: “I am very much looking forward to working with Arnaud, he will add a new dynamic to our highly skilled team.”

Froideval joins Miller from Aon France where he was head of Political Risks and a member of the Board of Directors. He has over 10 years’ industry experience in political risk production and broking, particularly export and trade finance emanating from France, Belgium, Switzerland and Morocco.

He will be based in Paris and will work closely with the rest of Miller’s special risks team in London, which is headed by Tim Press, to develop its political risks book.
