As part of a long term strategic alignment between Mitsui Sumitomo and Nexus Underwriting Management, the syndicate has also appointed Andrew Pecover. He will lead Syndicate 3210’s evolving D&O business. Although Syndicate 3210 writes some financial lines business via Nexus, it is now rolling out a broader product capability and distribution strategy.

“We are delighted that Joe and Andrew are joining our professional indemnity and D&O team as we seek to capitalise on recent product diversification and the implementation of a broader geographical strategy,” said Andrew Dougall, underwriting manager, casualty, professional lines, accident & health at Mitsui Sumitomo Syndicate 3210.
