Morgan Stanley boosts insurance team

Morgan Stanley Investment Management has appointed Ryan Jaggers as head of North America insurance sales.

Jaggers will report to Aiden Redmond, head of North America institutional sales.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Jaggers served as head of insurance solutions at Delaware Investments.

He has also held similar positions at McDonnell Investment Management and Invesco Institutional and portfolio management positions with Zurich Scudder Investments and Duff & Phelps.

Morgan Stanley Investment Management had $403 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2015.
