Pioneer appoints vice president for special risk division
Pioneer Underwriters, the underwriting group within Minova Insurance, has appointed Rolando Rodriguez as vice president of diversified financial services at Pioneer Special Risk (PSR) with immediate effect.
Rodriguez will be based in New York, and report directly to Brian Hickey, senior vice president of diversified financial services.
Rodriguez was most recently working for Herbert L. Jamison & Co. where he was the vice president of financial services, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with carrier markets for financial institutions, professional liability, cyber security, fidelity bonds, and other risks.
Prior to that, he worked for AIG, CNA and Marsh and McLennan, having started his career with Coface North America as a trade credit commercial underwriter.
