Prime Risk Partners acquires ONI

Prime Risk Partners has closed the deal to acquire Old National Insurance (ONI), an independent insurer in the Midwest, since the agreement was made on April 30 2016.

ONI has now changed its name to ONI Risk Partners and will maintain its presence in its local markets throughout Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.

Its subsidiaries JWF Specialty and Employee Plans will continue to operate under their original names and assist their customers from their present locations. All operators plan to expand.
