QBE underwriter resigns

Ben Galloway, an international casualty underwriter at QBE Europe, has resigned.

A spokesperson for QBE confirmed the news.

Galloway joined QBE in 2012, following two years at Starr Underwriting Agents as an underwriter.

It has been reported that Galloway may join Ascot Underwriting, where he would work with former QBE colleague David Fitzpatrick who is currently serving as executive underwriter for international casualty.

Ascot has refused to comment on the rumours.
