RGA appoints product management VP

RGA Reinsurance has named Michael Casale as vice president, product management for automated underwriting and risk analysis (AURA), RGA’s electronic underwriting solution.

Casale is responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction for AURA and its associated services.

Previously, he was executive director of the AURA project execution office, leading cross-functional teams of project managers for all AURA implementations worldwide.

His 25 years of in-depth enterprise software management experience includes solution development, support and leadership for financial services, education and energy extraction companies as well as government entities.

Since joining RGA in 2009, Casale has directed successful implementations of more than two dozen AURA installations for RGA clients around the world.
