Rosen joins the firm from Bingham McCutchen, where he led the Hartford litigation team.
“Stuart is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing insurance companies,” said Daniel Sullivan, chair of Robinson+Cole’s re/insurance group. “We are excited to welcome him to our team and look forward to bringing his multifaceted contributions to our client work.”
John Lynch Jr., managing partner, said: “Our insurance workload has continued to expand, and we are pleased to grow our practice team with talented lawyers to meet our clients’ increased demands. Stuart’s arrival in our insurance group comes shortly after associate Jonathan Small joined the team in Hartford and associate Laura Farach joined us in our new Miami office.”
Rosen also has extensive alternate dispute resolution experience. He has served as a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for over 20 years and was appointed to the Large Complex Case Panel. He is also a commercial arbitrator for the American Dispute Resolution Center.
