Sapiens International appoints new director

Sapiens International, a global provider of software solutions for the financial services industry, has hired insurance industry veteran Gary Sherne as executive vice president and managing director of its P&C/general insurance & reinsurance division

Sherne has extensive experience in global insurance and banking software companies. Prior to joining Sapiens, Sherne was president and CEO of StoneRiver.
