Sirius recruits JP Everhart contingency underwriter

Sirius International has recruited Chris Darbon to join its contingency team at the London underwriting centre.

Darbon has particular expertise in a number of business areas such as mathematical prize indemnity. Sirius said his appointment will enable the company to further broaden its specialist contingency reach.

Until recently he held a similar position at the JP Everhart Managing General Agency.

“Chris will be a valuable addition to an already well-established operation as we look to diversify our specialist contingency portfolio into new areas. We are delighted to have him on board,” said London chief executive officer, Michael Dashfield.

Sirius’ contingency team in London is led by Sheena Williams.
