TigerRisk Capital Markets poaches Willis VP; launches in London

TigerRisk Capital Markets & Advisory, the investment banking arm of TigerRisk Partners, has launched in London.

To spearhead the operation, Leo Beckham will join as managing director (MD) in November.

Beckham will be responsible for developing the firm’s capital markets and advisory business in the UK and Europe, reporting to Tony Ursano, president of TigerRisk.

He joins from Willis Capital Markets & Advisory where he served as vice president, involved in high-profile insurance industry transactions.

Prior to this, he has held roles at Canopius and Amlin, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, start-up and corporate strategy.
