Till Capital boosts board

Bermuda-based reinsurance provider Till Capital has strengthened its board with the appointment of Roger Loeb as director.

Loeb replaces Blair Shilleto, who resigned from the board on August 5, 2015.

He will stand for election to the board at the company’s annual general meeting, which will be held on October 15, 2015.

Loeb currently serves as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of The MarTech Group, an organisational transformation and strategic technology consulting company he founded in 1984.
