William Gallagher Associates (WGA), a US retail insurance broker, has appointed Michael Talmanson as leader of the firm’s technology and cyber risk practice.
Talmanson is a vice president who has been with the firm for ten years.
As a member of the property and casualty group, Talmanson advises a large number of technology companies on insurance and risk management matters. Talmanson negotiates the placement of coverage for property, general liability, management liability, errors and omissions, cyber, media and products liability insurance.
“Michael brings a new vision and leadership to a practice that has been a pillar of WGA’s business for over 30 years,” commented Patrick Veale, president of WGA. “Amidst the growing threat of cyber and technology-related risks, Michael’s expertise and experience serves as a tremendous resource to our clients.”
