WGA promotes four to SVP

Broker William Gallagher Associates (WGA) has promoted Paula Donovan, Charles Long, Ronni Rausch and Haley Adams to senior vice president in the property and casualty practice.

Donovan has been with WGA for nearly 30 years, serving in various supervisory and account managerial positions throughout the property and casualty group, including systems trainer and manager for all service members in the department.

Long joined the firm in 2002 and has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He leads the renewable energy and clean technology practice at WGA.

Rausch came to WGA in 2003 and has over 30 years of insurance and risk management experience. She works with a variety of clients, from public entity institutional and not for profit companies to consulting and staffing firms.

Adams joined WGA in 2012 following 13 years with national brokerage houses. She holds over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of industry segments including life science, retail and manufacturing.
