Willis Re expands Western Europe team with Hannover Re hire

Willis Re has appointed Ronnie Carroll as head of structured solutions for Europe West and senior UK client advisor.

Carroll will report to Alkis Tsimaratos, managing director, head of Europe West.

Prior to Willis Re, Carroll served as a senior underwriter at Hannover Re, where he was responsible for its advanced solutions business in the UK and Ireland.

He previously held a number of senior underwriting and finance roles across the reinsurance and financial services industries including at General Reinsurance and Swiss Re.
