Willis Re strengthens specialty team

Willis Group Holdings has appointed Graeme Moore to the specialty division of its reinsurance business, Willis Re.

Moore’s appointment will strengthen both the firm’s senior leadership team and its specialty division. Moore, who joins at the end of his current notice period from Aon Benfield’s Global Re specialty division where he was formerly the CEO, will report to John Cavanagh, Global CEO of Willis Re.

“I am truly delighted to have Graeme joining Willis Re’s senior management team,” said Cavanagh. “Graeme’s extensive knowledge and experience will complement and extend our already strong presence in the specialty arena. I am confident he will accelerate our future sales growth both in this segment and elsewhere.”
