XL Catlin hires AIG exec to launch global retail A&H unit
XL Catlin’s has formed a new global retail accident & health business and appointed Patrick Corbett to global chief underwriting officer, retail accident & health, insurance.
Corbett joins XL Catlin from AIG where he held a number of senior A&H positions the most recent being EMEA head of travel.
Neil Robertson, XL Catlin’s chief executive for specialty, said: “In an increasingly risky international environment, our new retail Accident & Health offering will help corporate clients safeguard their talent, often said to be a company’s greatest asset, where they operate across the world.
