JLT Towers Re reigned supreme as it secured the top spot for best reinsurance broker for client responsiveness with revenues of less than $1 billion with a score of 6.32 out of 10. Formed in 2013, the business combined Towers Watson’s reinsurance broking business and JLT Re.
The broker was celebrated for its excellent service and attention to clients. One respondent said that JLT Towers Re provides a “tailor-made approach to each client’s needs”, while another added that the group provides a “proactive and knowledgeable service”.
The team were applauded by a number of respondents for their knowledge of accounts and responsiveness. One respondent felt that the team work hard for their clients and “really go to the mat for them”.
Another added that there was a “strong focus on relationship management. JLT Towers Re facilitates the reinsurer/client relationship well”. Many respondents noted the driven and determined nature of the staff at the broker and the support offered.
