Aon swoops for senior broker to tackle high M&A demand in Europe
Global re/insurance broker Aon has strengthened its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transaction solutions team in Europe to help meet its “increasing demand”.
Stefano Zizzi (pictured) has joined the company’s Southern European M&A and transaction solutions team as a director, senior broker. His role will be focussed on delivering tailor-made risk transfer solutions to Aon’s clients.
Zizzi is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian bar, joins Aon from Italian law firm Pedersoli where he worked for the last eight years.
Andrea Foti, managing director, head of Southern Europe at Aon’s M&A and transaction solutions said: “The appointment of Stefano comes as we see an increase in clients’ demand for our services in Southern Europe and demonstrate our continued focus on attracting leading industry talent to meet our clients’ needs.
