Novae appoints CNA Hardy exec as head of construction
Novae, the specialist listed Lloyd’s insurer, has appointed Steve Cross as unit head of construction.
Cross is based in London and will report to Stuart Heath, divisional head of property. He joins the joins from CNA Hardy where he was the head of engineering in London and responsible for developing a global construction and engineering portfolio. He was also an integral founding member of a London market construction consortium.
Prior to this, Cross spent seven years at Zurich as a senior construction underwriter and three year as a risk engineer for Allianz Cornhill.
