RFIB hires former Beach Re ILS specialist
RFIB Group, a re/insurance broker at Lloyd’s, has appointed Glenn Jackson as managing director of RFIB Americas, effective immediately.
Based in RFIB’s Tampa office, Jackson will report to Nick Foden-Pattinson, managing director of alternative reinsurance products.
Jackson has 11 years of experience in the insurance-linked securities (ILS) market, having most recently served as senior vice president (SVP) at Beach Re, formerly known as Axiom Re.
At Beach Re, he advised capital market participants and insurance and reinsurance companies in the structuring, modelling and execution of alternative reinsurance transactions.
He began his reinsurance career in 1982 at Intere Intermediaries, before holding a series of reinsurance broking positions, including at Aon Re and Willis Re.
