Sirius adds two new members to its board of directors
Sirius International Insurance Group has added private investor Robert Friedman and vice chairman of Nasdaq, Meyer (Sandy) Frucher, to its board of directors.
Friedman previously served as chief investment officer of Savannah-Baltimore Capital and the Franklin Templeton Mutual Series Funds.
He will serve on the company’s board, the finance committee, and the audit and risk management committee.
Prior to Nadaq, Frucher served as chairman and chief executive officer of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
Frucher will serve on the company’s board, the compensation committee, the finance committee, and the audit and risk management committee.
