Triton poaches QBE exec for authority manager role

Triton, the multi-disciplinary insurance sector outsourcer, has appointed John Davidson as delegated authority manager.

Davidson has 19 years’ experience in the insurance sector and was formerly delegated claims manager at QBE. In his new role he will be responsible for compliance in relation to client service level agreements in Triton’s claims outsourcing and audit and inspection operations.

Based in London, Davidson will work alongside colleagues in Triton’s UK and international offices and report to Neil Sully, global head of claims.

Sully said: “John has worked in the London market for many years covering a range of areas including best practice, audit and service delivery. In these times of ever growing regulation, as well as compliance and reporting requirements, John's experience of working with third-party administrators in these areas will enhance the quality of Triton's future service offerings."

Davidson added: “Triton has firmly established itself as one of the leading players in claims management services and international audit. I am looking forward to working in this growing business and developing the team and its capabilities.”
