Willis expands leadership team in Bermuda

Broker Willis has strengthened its team with the addition of two executives to Willis Bermuda.

Nick Warren has been appointed as managing director for Willis’ captive operation, Willis Management (Bermuda) and Mike Fisher will take on the role of senior vice president within Willis Bermuda’s casualty insurance practice.

Warren joins the firm from Marsh IAS Management Services (Bermuda) where he most recently served as senior vice president (SVP).

Fisher most recently worked from Integro’s Bermuda office where he served as managing director and president. Prior to Integro, Fisher was managing director and president at Marsh Bermuda.

He has also served as the chairman of the Bermuda Foundation of Insurance Studies Board of Trustees and as a board member of the Association Bermuda International Companies.

Willis Bermuda has also appointed Bermudians Brendan Doyle, a recent graduate of Rollins College, to its healthcare practice, and Wendy Percy as the executive assistant to the chairman.

Percy has more than 20 years’ experience having worked for the chief executive officer of Clarien Bank and the Attorney-General of Bermuda.
